  • What shipping methods do you offer?
    Right now I only offer USPS First-Class Mail (tracked) shipping to U.S. and Canada for a flat rate of $3.50. I will be opening up shipping to other countries in the future at some point! If you are really interested in purchasing something, send me a DM and we can discuss options. No local in-person delivery or self-pickup at this time.
  • Why don't you ship internationally?
    Shipping internationally will cost you a ton of money, unfortunately. Shipping rates have increased significantly since the pandemic. If you are set on getting something from my shop, send me an email and I can offer you a personal quote.
  • When will you ship my order?
    2-5 business days from your order date! I rarely pack orders on the weekend, so if you order on a Friday afternoon, start counting the days on the following Monday.
  • How do I get my tracking number?
    Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a tracking number in the inbox of the email address you used to check out. Feel free to reach out if you haven't recieved a tracking number after 2-5 business days.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. If you still haven't recieved your order in this timeframe, or your tracking has stopped progressing, please email me!
  • I accidentally put in the wrong address!
    No problem, please send me an email with your order number as soon as possible! The sooner you let me know, the more likely it is that I can change it before shipping it out. I process orders within 2-5 business days.
  • I have an issue with my received order.
    Please send me an email! If you are unhappy with anything in your order, please let me know. I am always eager for feedback and if you are not fully satisfied with your products, I will find a solution with you.
  • Something is missing/damaged/extra in my package
    If you are missing something or recieved the wrong item in your order please email me so I can ship out a replacement/proper item! I always add an extra sticker or 2 in every order, these are intentional and a little gift from me :)
  • Do you offer returns?
    Send me an email with any concerns you might have. If you simply don't want your received items, please keep all original packaging/unused items together for shipment (preferrably in the mailer you receieved for reuse). I will email you a return label and provide a full refund once I receive your items.
  • What do you use for digital art?
    Hardware: iPad Pro 12.9" 4th Gen with Apple Pencil with a glass (smooth) screen protector! Software: Procreate Brushes: I have downloaded several over the years but my essentials are from True Grit Texture Supply!
  • Do you do traditional art?
    I started out doing traditional art up until I bought an iPad, then it went on the back burner... Here's what I have in my arsenal for when inspiration strikes: Watercolor: Winsor & Newton Acrylic: Golden or Liquitex Colored Pencils: Prismacolor Brushes: Honestly cheap ones from Michaels and take good care of them! Paper: Strathmore or Canson (Watercolor or Bristol)
  • How do you make your stickers?
    Printer: Inkjet Canon Pixma Pro 100 Sticker Paper: Weatherproof Matte Inkjet Paper Vinyl Overlay: Oracal UV Laminating Film (Oraguard 236 or 651) Cutting Machine: Silouhette Cameo 4
  • Do you do comissions or tattoo designs?
    I don't do comissions or tattoo designs at this time. I honestly find them stressful since I am a perfectionist and never know the appropriate amount to charge. Just being honest!
  • Can I get your art tattooed?
    Sure! Send me an email for more info. Typically if I sell the design in my shop, it's open for tattooing. I accept tips via Penpal/Venmo/Cashapp or if you could kindly purchase something from my shop to support me. :)
